We also have a US IOR importer entity and a self-operated customs brokerage. Every shipment is declared by our own team, with no outsourcing and no handoff. When cargo encounters inspection, we respond immediately. When customers need MRN and EORI information, we provide it in sync. From declaration to release, the whole process is handled by our own people, with no passing the buck.

In China, we hold an express business license and are also a Zhejiang provincial public overseas warehouse. In the United States, we have deployed four major overseas warehouses in Los Angeles, New Jersey, Savannah and Chicago. From FBA truck delivery and commercial or residential delivery to dropshipping and bulk cargo transfer, we can cover all scenarios and meet 95% of last-mile delivery needs across the United States.
