Zhejiang Party Secretary Wang Hao Visits Jinlian International Logistics for Guidance
On April 27, Zhejiang Party Secretary Wang Hao conducted a research visit in Yiwu focused on foreign trade and chaired a symposium. He emphasized the need to thoroughly implement the guiding principles from General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions during his inspection of Zhejiang and the Central Economic Work Conference; accurately understand new changes in the external environment; and shoulder the responsibility of a major economic province with firm confidence and decisive action, contributing Zhejiang's strength to national development.

During his visit to Jinlian International Logistics and other enterprises, Secretary Wang listened attentively as company leaders shared their analysis of market changes and innovative initiatives, such as optimizing transport routes, increasing investment in technology and expanding new businesses. He was encouraged by the companies' positive response to challenges and their innovative thinking. Secretary Wang affirmed their achievements in multimodal transport and smart logistics, recognized their contribution to supply-chain stability and industry development, and encouraged them to consolidate their international market presence, expand into domestic markets, enhance competitiveness and achieve high-quality development.

Secretary Wang then chaired a symposium with entrepreneurs, listening face to face to their thoughts and suggestions. He noted that in the face of challenges from the external environment, Jinhua, Yiwu and enterprises have stood together to actively implement national and provincial policies, find opportunities amid crises and develop many effective approaches. These efforts have strongly advanced high-quality foreign trade development and contributed to high-level opening-up and the construction of a strong, high-capacity open province.

Secretary Wang emphasized that difficulties and opportunities coexist. Responding effectively can accelerate industrial upgrading and the transformation of trade models, while creating an opportunity to advance entrepreneurship, innovation and high-quality development. He called for a coordinated package of work, policy and service measures around stabilizing, expanding, adjusting and optimizing: focus on stability by stabilizing foreign trade, industrial and supply chains, enterprises and employment; focus on expansion by developing both international and domestic markets, broadening the "Thousand Groups and Ten Thousand Enterprises" market-expansion initiative and widening domestic sales channels for export products; focus on adjustment by accelerating changes in enterprise and product structures, strengthening the integrated model of livestreaming, platforms and cross-border e-commerce, and supporting technological, product, management and business-model innovation; and focus on optimization by improving services, vigorously advancing the "Thousand Groups Supporting Ten Thousand Enterprises" initiative, and providing more efficient, convenient and secure logistics support to help enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Secretary Wang stressed that the second quarter is a critical period for breakthroughs. Jinhua and Yiwu should strengthen bottom-line and extreme-scenario thinking, continue to explore new paths and take on greater responsibilities, strive in the second quarter and secure the first half of the year to achieve the goal of completing more than half of annual targets by midyear. In particular, they should leverage the Yiwu International Trade Comprehensive Reform Pilot and the China-Europe Railway Express Consolidation Center, make bold innovations in cross-border e-commerce, market procurement, logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and the development of both international and domestic markets, creating approaches and models that can be learned from and replicated nationwide.
Secretary Wang Hao's visit and guidance have injected strong confidence into Jinlian International's development through both strategic vision and pragmatic leadership. It is not only full recognition of the company's past achievements, but also an earnest expectation for future innovation and breakthroughs. Jinlian International will use this visit as an opportunity to stay focused on its goals, move forward with determination, continue deepening its core businesses, and write a new chapter of high-quality development driven by innovation.
